A Sky as Vast

Why do i keep doing these dark paintings (lighting wise)? Anyway, everyone should do at least one obligatory sky whale painting right? I'm really happy with how this turned out, even more so that I got it finished in under a month (a new record for me!) At least I'm not afraid of vibrant colors right?
